Clients may cancel or reschedule services at no cost by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, or on the same day, will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
This fee must be paid in full before any future services can be scheduled or provided.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with outstanding cancellation fees. -

Welcome to Heidi’s Commercial Cleaning, Inc. By accessing our website or using our professional cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with our site or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. User Conduct
Users agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized, abusive, or illegal use of our platforms is strictly prohibited.
3. Property Condition Disclosure, Access & Adjustments
Clients are responsible for accurately representing the condition of the property at the time of booking and ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled service time.
The Client agrees to provide:
Safe and unobstructed access to the property
Access to essential utilities (including water and electricity)
Entry instructions (codes, keys, or on-site contact) prior to the appointment
A safe working environment for cleaning staff
Failure to provide proper access to the property at the scheduled time may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.
If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was disclosed — including but not limited to excessive dirt, buildup, clutter, biohazards, or the presence of pet waste (urine, feces, or other contaminants) — Heidi’s Commercial Cleaning, Inc. reserves the right to:
Adjust the service price
Add additional time and corresponding labor charges
Modify the scope of work
Refuse or reschedule the service if conditions prevent safe or effective cleaning
Any additional charges will be communicated when possible; however, by accepting these Terms & Conditions, the Client acknowledges and agrees that adjustments may be applied based on on-site evaluation without prior approval if the property condition differs from what was originally disclosed.
4. Payments, Late Fees & Collections
Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
Late Penalties: Any balance unpaid after three (3) days from the invoice date will incur a flat late fee of $25, plus interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance.
Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with overdue balances.
Collection Costs: The Client agrees to be responsible for all reasonable costs (including legal fees) associated with the collection of unpaid amounts.
5. SMS Communications
By opting in via our website, you consent to receive text messages related to service updates, scheduling, and promotions, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on this website are the exclusive property of Heidi’s Commercial Cleaning, Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Heidi’s Commercial Cleaning, Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the specific scope of the cleaning services provided.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement or restrict account access due to non-payment, misuse of services, or breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
10. Pricing & Rate Modifications
Heidi’s Commercial Cleaning, Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust service pricing, rates, packages, and fees at any time without prior notice.
Pricing may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:
Property size and condition
Scope of work
Frequency of service
Location and accessibility
Additional service requests
Actual property condition upon arrival, including excessive dirt, buildup, or sanitation issues
Any updated pricing will apply to future services and may also apply to ongoing services where necessary. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any pricing changes.
11. Right to Refuse or Decline Service
Heidi’s Commercial Cleaning, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, deny, or discontinue service at its sole discretion, at any time.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:
Unsafe or hazardous working conditions
Presence of biohazards, excessive clutter, or unsanitary environments beyond standard cleaning scope
Inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff
Misrepresentation of property condition or service requirements
Lack of access to the property at the scheduled time
In such cases, cancellation or service refusal may still be subject to applicable fees.
